Pigment kit

The Icon Arts pigment kit comes with 29 different powdered pigments and powdered gilding bole. They can be mixed with egg yolk to make egg-tempera or with gum arabic to make watercolors or gouache. Each pigment comes in a 1/2 oz. jar with a screw-on cap and a color-coded label for easy identification. There are 10 gr. of each pigment with the exception of very lightweight pigments like Alizarin Crimson, and Translucent Orange; 20 gr. of Titanium White, Gold Ochre; and 32 gr. of Bole (gilding clay). Pigments vary by weight.
